Hi Joe and Laura,
How are you guys doing? Hope business is going well. Arnar and I are taking one weekend at a time with the house... He just finished painting the living room last weekend! And finally got to put the sofa upstairs. Now it finally looks like a living room in there. His next painting project is the kitchen, which heaven knows when! There's no dining room yet - cause we don't have a dining table yet!... That's next...
Anyway, we really appreciate everything you guys have done for us. Even though the place is not all set yet, we know we're going to have wonderful years to spend in this house. Our experience with you was really worth it all the way. You were very easy to work with, very down to earth and very resourceful. Keep up the good work! We're definitely recommending you to our friends if they ever look for properties.
